Dave Rouse is the Crisis and Incident Management Lead for OSRL.
He has spent the last two decades in the crisis and continuity field, mainly in the oil and gas industry. In that time he has responded to incidents globally, delivered complex emergency preparedness projects for governments and oil companies and authored good practice guidance.
Dave leads teams and works with clients to develop the capability of people and organisations at all levels to perform in unanticipated situations, specialising in designing, directing and evaluating high-impact training and exercises.
