Janni is a seasoned communications professional with a wealth of experience in corporate reputation, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Crisis Communications Director at Navigate Response, Janni plays a crucial role in overseeing operations and supporting clients with their corporate and crisis communications strategies in Europe, Middle East and the Americas.

Before joining Navigate Response, Janni built her career in corporate affairs within intricate and heavily regulated industries, where social value add isn’t easily verbalised, such as logistics, utilities, energy, and environmental services. Her passion for understanding and leveraging reputation capital has been a driving force behind her commitment to corporate communications.

Janni holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in business administration from Stockholm University, a Master of Arts (MA) in corporate communications, marketing, and public relations from the University of Leeds, and professional qualifications in crisis and leadership from renowned institutions such as MIT and the University of Oxford.
