Rosie Foster is a Senior Advisor within the national Environment Incidents Preparedness team in the Environment Agency and has 13 years experience in incident planning, preparedness and response. She is responsible for overseeing the training and development of over 800 tactical and operational environmental incident responders that cover England. Rosie has a particular interest in marine incidents, wildfires, and agricultural pollutions. She is interested in how we can adapt our current ways of working to climate change, changes in public perception and ensure the environment, people and wildlife are all considered.
